Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, sellable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
